Appointment Policy

Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments.For the convenience of our new clients please fill out, print, and bring with you a check in form so we may better serve you upon your arrival

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Care Credit, cash and personal checks with identification. A deposit is customary whenever hospitalization is required for your pet. 

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
